This Breakfast idea is the best when you are on the go! As you can prepare a night before and your breakfast is ready! No preparation needed!
It is also delicious to make little snack pods for kids to get good fats and fruit into them!
Ingredients: (two adult portions)
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup porridge oats
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 can coconut mil (you can use full fat or the light version)
Method:
This is as simple as blend, pour on glass containers, cover them with a lid or clear film and place into the fridge over night!
So tasty, healthy and delicious!
