Healthy fish fingers

This healthy fish fingers are a way better version of the frozen ones! Frozen fish finger are never 100% fish. They will always add fats, white flours, white bread crumbs and batters and not to mention chemicals and preservatives.

For you, your kids your family this is a great option. You can even make them and freeze them and just hit them up in the oven ffrom frozen! Obviosly you froze them cooked.

Blend 2 slices of wholemeal bread
Place an egg on a bowl and add black pepper and parsley or basil
Cut white fish into stripes or dice them.

Place the breadcrumbs on a plate and roll the fish finger on the egg, then on the crumbs,  then place them on a tray and grill them for about 20 minutes. No frying needed.

Make a healthydip with a few spoonfuls of greek yoghurt,  a few drops of lime juice and parsley!

For a much healthier version you can use almond flour instead of breadcrumbs.
