Healthy Banana Pancakes



This pancakes are the easiest thing to make. I also love batch cooking this for a busy week and freezing them in individual portions. You simply take out of the freezer a night before and heat them up in a frying pan, microwave or the toaster. Serve with fruit and drizzle some honey over it!

Recipe for 1 portion:

– 1 banana
– 1/2 cup of oats
– 1 egg
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup of almond milk
– Dash of cinnamon

Blend ingredients on the blender and cook as regular pancakes
