Protein french toast

Here is a great alternative of pancakes. This is for when you are out of time and still want something sweet, yummy and quick.

So here is recipe:

Place 3 egg white on a bowl and add one teaspoon of vanilla, cinnamon and if you wish add some stevia or other sugar alternative. Mix well. (If you want you can add a scoop of whey protein to this mix for extra protein)

Cut 2 slice of bread on triangles and place them inside the mix until they are all cover with the egg mixture.

Preheat a pan with a bit of coconut oil (you can use olive oil) only a tiny bit. And cook the slices until very crispy.

Serve with fruit, peanut butter and some greek yogurt which I didn’t have so I melted a tiny dark chocolate square and drizzled with a fork over the toast! Serve and enjoy!
