What to add to a chicken wrap to be healthy?

Who doesn’t love a chicken wrap? But how healthy it is? Can I eat wraps in a weight loss process?

Well the answer is yes, you can eat them. Eat only one, and make sure they are not made with white flour always brown!

If you buy a wrap on a sandwich bar or if you make it at home always avoid mayos, sauces, ย butter etc. Always add protein: chicken, fish, tuna, stake etc. Add fresh: lettuce, peppers, avocado, tomato, cucumber etc.

If you are looking to lose weight don’t add cheeses or corn. Corn is a carb and you are already eating a carb on the wrap and that should be ย your only carb.

If you arent full with one then make a fresh crunchy salad to have with it.
