This is one ofthe best recipes I have ever done! This buns are so healthy and also so versatile!
You can use them for burgers, as scones, to make little sandwiches, for the kids lunches, to fill them with scramble egg for the kids tea time!
And the best part is they are not high in carbs at all! They are also so soft and spongy!
So let’s get to the point!
Ingredients:
150 grams flaxseed
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 eggs, whisked
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil or butter
Sesame seeds to decorate
Method:
Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees celcius
Line a tray with greaseproof paper
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Then comine all the ingredients together and mix well
Spoon mix in the tray in the desire size (I made 6 with recipe above)
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
Bake for 12 minutes
And that’s it you have a simple and delicious buns to enjoy in anyway you like!
Store in an air tight container for 5 days max. You can freeze them as well. Just wrap them well!
If you make them, please tag me on your creations as I love to see your final beautiful recipes made!
What could I replace apple cider vineger with? Or what’d its purpose in the receive? Thanks!!

It’s the chemical reaction with the baking soda. They are very flat without the apple cider vinegar
