Homemade Hummus

Hummus is a delicious dip, patte, spread or whatever you want to use it in!

I love it on rice cakes, on wraps, on crackers or to dip raw carrots, cucumber or celery in it!

Ingredients:

1 can (400g) Chickpeas

1 tablespoon tahini

1 tablespoon olive oil

juice of half a lime

2 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Sea salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Drain chickpeas
  2. Blend on food processor or blender all the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency
  3. Drizzle some olive oil ย and sprinkle ย more paprika on top
  4. enjoy!

You could also make your imagination play and blend some avocado or roasted peppers for an alternative flavour!
