This raw treats are delicious, they actually taste very christmasy, they have no fat, and they are ideal for anyone with a nut allergy as they have no nuts in them!
200g raw porridge oats
250 grams of dates
75 grams of apricots
20 grams of flaxseed
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
1/4 teaspoon of ginger
Method: Blend all ingredients in a good blender or food processor. Spread mixture in a flat surface, and cut them with a cookie cutter.
TIP: Get your hands wet when spreading the mix and its easier to do it!
When you finish you can brush some edible glitter on top!
