This pops are extremely easy to make! I made them a little more complicated just for the insta picture but you could literally just choose one of the layers and make the whole pop that flavour and save yourself the mess and some time!
Now if you are having a party and want to impress then go ahead and do the 3 layers!
Base layer: 75g oats, handful of dates, 2 tbsp dessicated coconut, 1 tbsp maple syrup. (Blend all ingredients and press down in a silicon bread mold)
First layer: 1 frozen banana, 1/2 avocado, 1 tsp spirulina. (Blend and pour on top of the oaty base)
Second layer: 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of berries, 1 tablespoons of greek yogurt or coconut cream. (Blend and pour on top of the first layer)
In this step insert some raspberries so when you cut them you can see them through
Last layer: 1 frozen banana, 1 tablespoons greek yogurt or coconut cream and 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder. (Blend and pour on top of the second layer)
Sprinkle some hemp seeds on top and insert some straws or pop sticks and freeze for a couple of hours!
