Cheese and Parma Ham Croissant Crown Made with Vintage Dubliner Cheese

This crown is so delicious and so easy to make. It also looks very impressive to have guests over and serve it with a good salad and a glass of vino.

The vintage Dubliner cheese compliments this dish so well because of the distinctive aged cheese taste makes the perfect combination. (#ad)

1 handful of spinach

10 sundried tomatoes

3 tablespoons chopped olives

1 pack of parma ham (6-8 slices)

Step 2: Start to place your dubliner Vintage Cheese followed by all the ingredients around the pastry. See pictures below:

You can leave it vegetarian like on picture above or you can add some parma ham to it:

Step 3: Finish by adding more cheese and then remove the plate and start bringing the pasta triangles inside to form the crown

Step 4: varnish crown with some egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds

Step 5: Place your crown inside your previously preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until nice and brown.

Step 6: make a nice dip with some good quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip in, serve and enjoy! Always nicer to enjoy out of the oven!
