Pitta Bowl With Vegetarian Clonakilty Pudding |AD|

When I made these pittas for the pictures I had 2 halves for my own lunch and I said ill keep the rest for Niall’s tea this evening.

The boys came home from school and between the 2 they ATE THEM all (my older took the tomato out though 🙈) and my younger asked me to make pudding pittas like that for school lunch.

That alone gives my 100% to this product.

It is so tasty you can really diversify and create tons of different recipes with this Pudding.

I love making pitta bowls, put in the middle of the table and let people help themselves and make their own pittas.

It is a great gathering for friends and family! And the secret of this is the creamy parsley dressing! It is so good!

I love simple and tasty ideas that makes our life easy while still eating very healthy

Recipe for the dressing:

– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons natural greek yogurt

– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

– 1 tablespoons dry parsley

– Sea salt to taste

Method: mix all ingredients above until well combined. Adjust salt and add more parsley for presentation

To make your pittas:

Slice your pudding and shallow fry with a tablespoon of olive oil until crispy

Toast pittas and fill them in with avocado, kale, tomato, red onion and of course your Clonakilty veggie Pudding
