Black Bean Cookies

First of all, they DO NOT taste at all like black beans! They are absolutely delicious!! And the fact they have black beans in them means they are packed with protein and fiber! 

I had tohide them from the kids otherwise they would be gone by now


Ingredients:

240g of canned black beans

2 tablespoons coconut flour

2 tablespoons almond butter 

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup coconut sugar (you can substitute With brown sugar)

3-4 tablespoons cacao powder 

1 teaspoon baking powder 

Pinch of salt


Method

Pre-heat the oven at 150 degrees Celcius

Place all the ingredients on the food processor. And blend until all ingredients are properly mixed.


Spoon the mix into a tray previously lined with grease proof paper.


And bake for 20 minutes


Make sure you cool them down clompletly before eating them!
