This Oat muffins are ideal for school lunches or breakfast on the go!
My boys absolutely love them and we ofthen make them in the house as a healthy bite to eay!
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
180g of yogurt (I used the organic kids pots from @gleniskinsta )and they are 90g each
120g mixed berries (I used frozen ones)
Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celcius
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Put mix inside muffin moulds and bake for 30 min. Wait until they cool down a bit before you remove them from the muffins moulds.
